Group Leader for eAxle Testing & Physical Analysis

About the role

As Group Leader for eAxle Testing & Physical Analysis at Bosch, you will build and lead a high‑performing engineering team that drives the development and validation of eAxle systems. You will combine people leadership with deep technical expertise while collaborating with global engineering, validation, testing and project management groups.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of testing and analysis engineers within the eAxle organization.
• Define and execute the group’s strategic direction aligned with business and engineering needs.
• Drive competence development in physical testing, root‑cause analysis, system analysis and validation methods.
• Ensure successful delivery of testing and analysis activities for customer and platform projects.
• Support troubleshooting and problem‑solving during development, validation, industrialisation and series production.
• Foster innovation, continuous improvement and efficient engineering processes.
• Build strong collaboration with global Bosch locations and interdisciplinary development teams.
• Manage resource planning, recruitment, performance development and succession planning.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Vehicle Engineering or a related field.
• Several years of experience in automotive product development, validation, testing or system engineering.
• Proven leadership experience in a global development environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English.
