Hardware Validation Subproject Manager

About the role

Join Bosch's Cross‑Domain Computing Solutions division to lead validation projects for automotive electronic control units. You will coordinate environmental, EMC and electrical validation activities, ensuring high‑quality, reliable hardware for radar, display, battery sensors and more.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate validation sub‑project teams from acquisition to final reporting.
• Schedule, track, and document all validation tasks, including scope definition, virtualization and risk management.
• Calculate, monitor and control project costs and effort.
• Plan capacity and track resource usage.
• Organise test preparation across hardware, test‑system development and laboratory activities.
• Drive daily execution, investigate findings and represent validation in development teams.
• Maintain communication with other development domains, laboratories, customers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in management or engineering.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities with proactive follow‑up.
• Open communication style and teamwork mindset.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and solutions.
• Fluent English (German is a plus).

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using AI tools.
