Hardware Validation Subproject Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Hardware Validation Subproject Manager to lead validation activities for automotive electronic control units within Bosch’s Cross‑Domain Computing Solutions division in Budapest. You will coordinate a multidisciplinary team to ensure environmental, EMC and electrical compliance of our products.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate validation sub‑project activities covering environmental, EMC and electrical testing.
• Plan, schedule, and document the entire validation lifecycle from acquisition to final reporting.
• Define validation scope, including virtualization and risk‑management, together with domain experts.
• Calculate, track and control project costs, effort, and capacity.
• Organise test preparation, including hardware, test‑system and software development, and laboratory setup.
• Drive daily execution, investigate findings and ensure timely resolution.
• Represent validation within the development project team and liaise with other domains, laboratories and customers.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Management, Engineering or related field.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities with proactive follow‑up.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving technical solutions.

Required skills

• Experience with EMC, environmental and electrical validation.
• Background in hardware development and test‑system development.
• Project management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and AI tools.
