Healthcare Compliance Analyst – Turkish Speaking

About the role

Roche is seeking a Healthcare Compliance Analyst who will focus on monitoring compliance of interactions with healthcare professionals and organisations. The role supports Local Compliance Officers by reviewing engagements, documenting policy violations and presenting findings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled compliance reviews of HCP/HCO interactions using a predefined checklist.
• Document assessment results, prioritize daily tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Present detailed analysis and arguments to Local Compliance Officers on a periodic basis.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly compliance reports.
• Update the compliance checklist in line with industry codes, Roche directives and local policies.
• Collaborate with the team to improve compliance documentation and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; Master’s in Law preferred.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a compliance role.
• Strong analytical abilities to identify trends and potential issues.
• Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
