HR Operations Specialist – German Speaking

About the role

As a German‑speaking HR Operations Specialist you will support the HR administration and employee lifecycle for Bosch's DACH organization. You will ensure high‑quality service, data accuracy and compliance while delivering a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming HR requests via the ticketing system, prioritising, tracking and escalating as needed.
• Provide guidance on employee‑lifecycle topics with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Process contract management and compensation & benefits administration tasks.
• Maintain and update employee records in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (OM/PM) ensuring data integrity.
• Handle process‑related attributes in SAP HR Core.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners in Austria to clarify requests and give status updates.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, company policies and data‑protection requirements.
• Safeguard confidential employee information and contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Humanities or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR services, administration or a comparable support function.
• Fluent German (C1) and intermediate English (B1) – both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a service‑oriented attitude.
• Understanding of confidentiality and data‑protection principles.
• Knowledge of Hungarian is a plus but not required.
