HR Operations Specialist – German Speaking

About the role

As a German‑Speaking HR Operations Specialist you will support HR administration and employee‑lifecycle processes for Bosch’s DACH organization. You will ensure high‑quality HR services, data accuracy, compliance and a great employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming HR requests via the ticketing system, including prioritisation, tracking, resolution and escalation.
• Provide support and guidance across the employee lifecycle, handling contract management, compensation & benefits and maintaining employee records in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Maintain process‑related attributes in SAP HR Core and collaborate with HR Business Partners in Austria and Germany.
• Ensure compliance with local labour regulations, company policies and data‑protection requirements.
• Handle confidential employee information with discretion and contribute to continuous improvement of HR process documentation.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Humanities or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR services, HR administration or a comparable support function.
• Fluent German (C1) and intermediate English (B1) – both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP HR systems; SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
