HR Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to manage administrative processes and projects across our HRIS systems for all group.one companies. Based in Budapest within the MiniCRM brand, you will operate in our global People & Culture Operations HUB supporting multiple brands worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee data in HRIS systems and ensure accuracy, consistency, and legal compliance.
• Handle contract and document administration, onboarding, off‑boarding, and overall employee lifecycle processes.
• Act as process owner for People & Culture operational workflows and governance.
• Collaborate with People & Culture Business Partners and IT globally to deliver seamless employee lifecycle operations.

Required profile

• Training as an HR generalist or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or People Operations.
• Strong expertise in HR administration, HRIS systems, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience in an international, fast‑paced environment with good stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Hungarian are a plus.
