IT Landscape & Solution Manager

About the role

As an IT Landscape & Solution Manager at Bosch Group in Budapest, you will shape and govern the company’s IT application landscape across the EMEA region. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to optimise portfolios, define strategic roadmaps and ensure compliance while delivering digital solutions that generate measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and continuously optimise the IT application landscape, driving portfolio decisions, standardisation and target architecture aligned with business and IT strategies.
• Analyse the application portfolio, identify improvement opportunities and develop roadmaps using Application Portfolio Management (APM) principles.
• Define and maintain application lifecycle management concepts and coordinate IT landscape standards and governance.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and governance teams to establish sustainable target architectures and support organisation‑wide IT coordination.
• Act as the end‑to‑end Solution Owner for digital solutions in the EMEA region, translating business requirements into solution roadmaps, priorities and functional specifications.
• Ensure compliance with security, architecture, governance, budget and resource standards throughout solution delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, gather user feedback, drive continuous improvement and identify new digital opportunities.
• Manage software licence compliance, coordinate audits and maintain software asset management processes in partnership with Legal and Purchasing.

Required profile

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT landscape management, solution ownership, enterprise architecture or IT portfolio management.
• Experience managing digital solutions throughout the full lifecycle, from requirements engineering to continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, application lifecycle management, software asset management and compliance principles.
• Experience with agile delivery methods, project management and business process design.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven KPIs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
