About the role

Join Bosch’s 2‑year Junior Managers Program in Budapest, designed for graduates and early‑career professionals in the commercial field. You will rotate through multiple business units, work on real projects and develop the competencies needed to become a future leader.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in 4‑6 cross‑functional rotations covering sales, marketing, and business development.
• Lead and contribute to projects that improve commercial processes and customer solutions.
• Complete a six‑month international assignment to gain global business insight.
• Collaborate with mentors and senior managers to refine decision‑making and managerial skills.

Required profile

• Degree in business administration, economics or a related commercial discipline.
• Up to 4 years of professional experience or recent graduate.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Strategic mindset, initiative‑taking attitude and eagerness to learn.
