About the role

The Maintenance Group Leader will direct the daily activities of the maintenance team at Airbus Helicopters' Gyula facility. The role combines hands‑on mechanical work with planning, coordination and administrative responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, organise and administrate the maintenance group’s work.
• Schedule, plan and monitor maintenance and repair tasks, including simple mechanical repairs, modifications and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure required tools, parts and information are available.
• Maintain and develop the preventive maintenance system, including its documentation.
• Analyse complex technical problems, propose corrective actions, redesigns or improvements.
• Maintain regular contact with suppliers and internal departments, providing technical support.

Required profile

• Technical or mechanical engineering qualification (secondary or higher education).
• Minimum 3 years experience as a maintenance or group leader in a production environment.
• Proficiency in English.
• Clean criminal record and moral certificate.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (user‑level proficiency).
• SAP ERP experience.
• Strong knowledge of pneumatic systems.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems.
• Computer‑based administration skills.
