Key Account Trainee – Automation & Data Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Key Account Trainee to support our sales teams in Budapest by automating repetitive tasks and improving data‑driven processes. You will work across functions, turning manual activities into efficient, automated workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify inefficiencies in daily sales processes.
• Design, build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate or similar tools.
• Work with Excel and databases to enable automation and ensure data consistency.
• Perform basic data processing and SQL queries to support workflow logic.
• Provide operational support for day‑to‑day sales activities as needed.

Required profile

• Active or passive full‑time student (under 25) pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data, IT, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Team player comfortable in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Strong ownership, proactive mindset and analytical thinking.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Advanced English (C1) is mandatory.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data processing.
• Experience or strong interest in automation tools such as Power Automate, n8n or similar.
• Basic understanding of APIs and data flows (a plus).
