About the role

Join Wise as a KYC Operations Associate Analyst, supporting regulatory compliance and customer protection through thorough due diligence and risk assessment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews, making risk‑based decisions and verifying documentation.
• Monitor transaction histories, perform periodic reviews, and identify suspicious activity for escalation.
• Maintain accurate KYC records, ensuring data privacy and security compliance.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide support and gather information.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably in CDD/EDD/AML or compliance.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work under strict KPIs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, independent, and able to work autonomously within defined procedures.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of global KYC/AML regulations.
• Ability to apply a risk‑based approach and make informed decisions.
