Lead Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to own and evolve Formlabs’ Dashboard platform. This high‑ownership role will shape architecture, ship meaningful features and define best practices as the product scales.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and scale reliable web applications using Python and Django as the core backend.
• Develop user‑facing features with React and collaborate with Marketing and Design for polished experiences.
• Own projects end‑to‑end, from technical design through rollout and iteration.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, engineering standards and best practices across the team.

Required profile

• Proven track record of building, shipping and maintaining production web applications.
• Primary‑owner mentality with a focus on code quality, documentation and testing.
• Comfort collaborating across disciplines, especially with Design, Marketing and Engineering partners.
