Learning Systems & Solutions Analyst

About the role

The Learning Systems & Solutions Analyst works within the Global Learning Services team to support and maintain the Cornerstone On Demand system and related learning platforms, ensuring smooth operation and alignment with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform system testing, provide technical advisory, resolve functional bottlenecks, and act as tier‑3 escalation point for learning tools.
• Coordinate quarterly system releases and feature implementations with Learning IT, vendors, and product owners.
• Contribute as a functional expert in agile squads, delivering story completions, feature testing, and solution design.
• Maintain and publish SOPs, lead community forums, and support onboarding and operational readiness.
• Support data stewardship activities, monitor data quality, enforce governance rules, and report quality metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Learning Systems Analyst, HRIS Analyst, or HR Business Analyst in a global shared‑service environment.
• Strong ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and collaborate across global, cross‑functional, matrixed teams.
• Excellent critical‑thinking, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Cornerstone On Demand.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar case‑management platforms.
• Knowledge of agile methodology and data‑governance principles.
• Robust reporting and analytical capabilities.
