Legal Counsel – In‑house Legal Team

About the role

As an In‑house Legal Counsel you will join Bosch’s general legal team in Hungary, supporting the company’s operations with practical, business‑focused legal advice. You will act as a trusted partner to business units, helping them navigate commercial, corporate and regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on commercial, corporate and operational issues.
• Identify, assess and manage legal risks in business decisions and transactions.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Offer expertise in corporate law, liability and damages law, and intellectual property law.
• Prepare legal submissions for courts and public authorities and represent the company when required.
• Support corporate governance, company‑law matters and internal policy development.
• Monitor legislative developments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior management on complex legal matters.

Required profile

• University law degree from a Hungarian university and successful Hungarian Bar Examination.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm or in‑house setting.
• Strong commercial understanding and ability to deliver pragmatic advice.
• High ethical standards, integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.
