Legal Counsel

About the role

As an In-house Legal Counsel you will join Bosch’s general legal team in Hungary, providing practical legal advice and supporting business decisions across a wide range of commercial and corporate matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on commercial, corporate and operational issues.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Represent Bosch before courts and public authorities and coordinate external counsel.
• Support corporate governance, company law matters and internal policy development.
• Monitor legislative developments and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• University law degree from a Hungarian university and successful Hungarian Bar Examination.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm or in‑house.
• Strong commercial understanding and ability to give business‑oriented advice.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of corporate law, liability and damages law, and intellectual property law.
