Logistics & Operations Specialist

About the role

Arrow's Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking a Logistics & Operations Specialist to join its sales team in Budapest. The role focuses on supporting sales processes, managing customer relationships, and ensuring efficient inventory and order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end sales support activities from quoting to invoicing.
• Manage overall account relationships by providing strategic service to assigned customers.
• Ensure on‑time delivery of orders and fulfill demand.
• Act as the primary liaison between suppliers and customers to build long‑term partnerships.
• Manage physical inventory flow, optimize storage space, and keep products accessible for order fulfillment.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and very good English.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with proactivity.
• Flexibility, adaptability and attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for technology or willingness to learn about the IT industry.
