About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager for its Advisors & Consulting Services team, focusing on Strategy & Transformation. The role will lead client engagements across multiple industries, leveraging Mastercard’s data assets and technology platforms to deliver strategic insights and actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deliverable development and workstreams on projects spanning diverse industries and problem statements.
• Develop and contribute to strategies and programs for large regional and global clients, using data and technology solutions to unlock value.
• Maintain and grow working relationships with client managers, acting as a trusted partner.
• Design business recommendations and deliver compelling client presentations.
• Plan, organize, and structure work for junior consultants, ensuring effective analysis and impactful storytelling.
• Lead team and external meetings, oversee project management, and co‑lead initiatives.
• Contribute to the firm’s intellectual capital and solution development.
• Mentor junior consultants and take ownership of day‑to‑day project management.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree with experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management.
• Proven experience managing clients or internal stakeholders.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking.
