Market Development Engineer – FPGA

About the role

Arrow Global Components is seeking a Market Development Engineer specialized in FPGA to join its EMEA Engineering team. The role focuses on expanding FPGA market share across Central Europe while supporting customers' R&D efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Grow FPGA market share in collaboration with Field Application Engineers and sales teams.
• Monitor market trends, adapt the supplier portfolio and implement the EMEA supplier strategy.
• Provide technical guidance to development engineers on FPGA technology selection.
• Conduct trainings, technical meetings and events for customers and suppliers.

Required profile

• Degree in electronics (M.Sc/B.Sc) or equivalent.
• Strong interest in innovative electronic technologies and proven business‑development track record.
• Fluent English, driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Based in Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Slovenia or Slovakia.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of FPGA technology.
• Experience with FPGA electronic design (preferred).
