MarTech Solution Owner (Fixed term)

About the role

The MarTech Solution Owner will lead the sales and marketing automation technology solution within Roche's Global Digital Hub, shaping the roadmap and delivering digital experiences for customers and affiliate partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define, co‑create and drive the Marketing Automation and Sales Enablement vision and solution roadmap.
• Own and execute digital marketing technology projects, ensuring alignment with global best practices.
• Lead user meetings, document processes and best practices, and act as a Marketo expert and mentor.
• Coordinate international SMEs, steer change‑management initiatives and support affiliates in rollout planning.

Required profile

• University degree in Computing, IT, Communication or Digital Marketing.
• 5+ years of practical experience in digital marketing automation or sales CRM, preferably in a global environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing, sales and service CRM ecosystems and business processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Marketo (expert level)
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Braze, Hubspot or SFDC (experience preferred)
• Agile methodologies (Lean, Scrum, SAFe 5.1)
