Medior Fullstack Java Developer

About the role

As a Medior Fullstack Java Developer you will create modern, scalable web applications that support Bosch's digitalisation strategy. You will work on internal tools, automate manual processes and may integrate agentic AI for autonomous task execution.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Angular).
• Build internal solutions that automate processes and align with the company’s digital transformation goals.
• Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (Azure) using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools for code generation, testing and documentation.
• Optionally contribute UX ideas to improve interface usability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2‑5 years of professional experience in web application development.
• Strong logical and systems thinking, good communication, and a collaborative mindset.
• Intermediate English; German is a plus.
• Experience with agile methodologies and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
