Mikrobiológiai Specialista – 2-year Fixed-term Contract

About the role

The Microbiology Specialist will support cleanroom production quality processes, maintain laboratory operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards within Coloplast’s manufacturing site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop quality‑management processes for cleanroom production, including documentation.
• Maintain daily laboratory activities and ensure adherence to required regulations.
• Ensure compliance with MDSAP, FDA requirements and the Coloplast Quality Management System.
• Collaborate with HR to implement and supervise training for cleanroom staff and external personnel such as suppliers and cleaning crews.
• Enforce standards, GMP rules, internal procedures and conduct re‑checks for product manufacturing and laboratory testing.
• Investigate non‑conformities recorded in NCRs and introduce corrective actions.
• Maintain professional liaison with the quality department.

Required profile

• At least a BSc in a relevant scientific field.
• Confident English language skills.
• Independent and responsible work attitude.
• Minimum two years of microbiology laboratory experience.
• User‑level proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
