NPI Projekt vezető | NPI Project Leader

About the role

We are looking for an experienced NPI Project Leader to drive the industrialisation of new automotive electronic products at our Hatvan plant. You will be the key link between development and mass production, ensuring a smooth, cost‑effective transition for chargers, power modules, converters and inverters.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, define milestones and allocate resources.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality) to move products from prototype to series production.
• Identify process‑improvement and cost‑reduction opportunities and apply lean manufacturing principles.
• Manage risks throughout the industrialisation lifecycle and implement mitigation actions.
• Work closely with suppliers to secure special‑purpose machines, components and materials on schedule.
• Prepare regular status updates and present results to management and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the project team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• BSc or MSc in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years of project management or industrialisation experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Proven leadership, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
