Paid Social Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Paid Social Specialist to set up, optimise and analyse paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn. The role involves managing budgets, reporting performance and contributing to client success.

Key responsibilities

• Set‑up and optimisation of paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn.
• Analyse campaign data and generate reports with actionable recommendations.
• Design and run A/B tests to compare ad variations, targeting strategies or landing pages.
• Monitor performance metrics, ensure alignment with goals and KPIs, and maintain client satisfaction.
• Allocate and manage budgets, prepare forecasts and media plans.
• Report activity on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Required profile

• Open‑minded, eager to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent time‑management, organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on paid social experience and a solid understanding of social KPIs.
• Collaborative mindset for working with cross‑functional teams, clients and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn advertising platforms.
• Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Experience with tools such as Smartly, Hunch, Locker Studio and Adverity (optional).
• Familiarity with Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit and Google Ads (plus).
