Power Electronics Hardware Engineer for eMobility

About the role
Join Bosch's eMobility team to develop cutting‑edge power electronics hardware for automotive applications. You will work on low‑ and high‑voltage schematic modules and translate them into robust PCB designs that support the transition to CO2‑free mobility.
Key responsibilities
- Implement schematic modules for low and high voltage applications and create final PCB designs (e.g., gate driver, power supply, sensor circuits).
- Review, analyse and realise project‑specific hardware requirements.
- Build test setups, verify functionality and debug circuit issues.
- Coordinate hardware design activities across internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross‑functional teams.
- Produce documentation in line with hardware development processes.
Required profile
- University degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field.
- Strong interest in low‑ and/or high‑voltage schematic and layout design.
- Proficient English; German is a plus.
