Pricing Manager – Eastern Europe & Mediterranean

About the role

KONE is looking for a hands-on Pricing Manager for its Eastern Europe & Mediterranean region. You will help build a holistic pricing approach across three business models and the full customer lifecycle, combining commercial understanding with pricing analytics, data-driven decisions and AI enablement. The role covers New Building Solutions and Modernization and Service, supporting pricing that meets commercial objectives across the customer and equipment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive pricing approaches for New Building Solutions and Modernization and Service, reflecting the needs of the Frontlines.
• Build lifecycle and value-based pricing approaches linking new equipment, modernization and service opportunities.
• Analyze pricing, sales and tendering data to find opportunities and gaps, and turn insights into actions.
• Maintain pricing guidelines, tools and KPIs for consistent, data-driven pricing.
• Support Frontlines and Business Lines with pricing advice for commercial planning and tendering.
• Promote the use of AI and advanced analytics in pricing.
• Drive pricing improvement and transformation initiatives and adoption of new practices.
• Gather Frontline and market insights and feed them into Europe and Global pricing development.
• Collaborate with Frontline leadership, Business Lines, Europe and Global teams, and share knowledge and best practices.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Experience in pricing, commercial strategy, business analytics, finance or a related area.
• Understanding of business models, lifecycle pricing and value-based pricing.
• Fluent English; comfortable in a changing, international environment.
