Principal Full Stack Engineer (Node & React)

About the role

Creative Chaos is looking for a Principal Full Stack Engineer to lead the design and development of server‑side and client‑side applications using Node.js and React. You will ensure high‑quality, secure, and performant solutions while mentoring junior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and estimate tasks.
• Write code, unit tests, and maintain at least 90% test coverage.
• Develop RESTful APIs and front‑end interfaces with React, Redux, and Context.
• Collaborate with team members, update issue tracking, and provide status reports.
• Mentor and train junior engineers, lead the team, and evaluate candidates.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Flexible, versatile attitude with a focus on security and performance.
