Project Coordinator Trainee

About the role

Join Bosch’s Project Management Office in Budapest as a Project Coordinator Trainee. You will support the development of Power Electric Units for the automotive industry, assisting project managers and series project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare presentations for the series project manager.
• Update Excel follow‑up tables and handle system tasks.
• Attend project meetings and monitor budget.
• Share information within the series project team.
• Follow up engineering change requests (ECR).
• Support the quality gate process.

Required profile

• Active BSc/MSc studies in Hungary with at least one year remaining.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive and creative personality.
• Good command of English.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week.
