Project Leader for Mobility Electronics (Engineering Sensors Inertial)

About the role

Lead the development and series production of semiconductor‑based inertial sensors for automotive applications. You will act as the bridge between Bosch’s international production network and multidisciplinary development teams, ensuring high‑quality, reliable sensor solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary technical experts on complex semiconductor‑based sensors.
• Schedule and coordinate work packages across development and series‑production plants.
• Lead technical discussions with internal customers, engineering departments, and production sites.
• Coordinate problem‑solving for quality and yield issues in production plants.
• Represent sensor development in customer visits, plant audits, and international production networks.
• Manage change and implement production‑improvement projects for series products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical engineering or mechatronics preferred; MSc is a plus).
• Experience in coordinating or expert roles within development or series production.
• Strong sense of ownership and content‑driven leadership mindset.
• Motivation to learn new technologies and work in agile teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (German is an advantage).
