Project Leader – Mobility Electronics (Inertial Sensors)

About the role

As a Project Leader in the Mobility Electronics division, you will drive the development and series production of advanced inertial sensor systems for automotive applications. You will act as the bridge between Bosch’s multinational development teams and the manufacturing plants that produce yaw‑rate sensors for a wide range of car manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary technical experts on complex semiconductor‑based sensor projects.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate work packages across development and series‑production sites.
• Lead technical discussions with internal customers, engineering departments, and production plants.
• Manage problem‑solving activities for quality and yield issues in production.
• Represent sensor development in customer visits, plant audits, and international production forums.
• Drive change initiatives and implement production‑improvement projects for series products.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in engineering (electrical engineering or mechatronics preferred; Master’s degree is a plus).
• Experience in coordinating or expert roles within development or series production.
• Strong sense of ownership and a content‑driven leadership mindset.
• Motivation to learn new technologies and work in agile, team‑oriented environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (German is an advantage).
