Quality Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join Coloplast’s manufacturing site in Tatabánya, Hungary. The role supports our mission to make life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs by ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Improve and maintain QA‑related processes in VS.
• Ensure alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA regulations and the Coloplast Quality Management System.
• Create and implement QA documentation.
• Prepare systems for ISO/FDA and internal audits.
• Organise QA training sessions.
• Collaborate with the calibration team to re‑calibrate necessary tools.
• Work with the validation team to validate required tools.

Required profile

• Technical university or college degree.
• Fluent in Hungarian and advanced English.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Comfortable making QA‑related decisions.
