Regional Technical Manager – Ruminants

About the role

The Regional Technical Manager – Ruminants provides scientific and veterinary expertise to support the Business Unit’s commercial objectives across Central Hungary. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Regulatory Affairs, the role ensures high‑quality technical support for customers, internal teams, and key opinion leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with external customers, support regulatory matters, and provide diagnostic assistance to farms and clinics.
• Engage KOLs, universities and medical stakeholders through visits, scientific events, advisory boards and training sessions.
• Develop and deliver scientific training for sales representatives and review marketing materials for scientific accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date veterinary knowledge, create accurate promotional content, monitor competitive intelligence and lead technical projects.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal codes of conduct and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• University degree in Veterinary Medicine; PhD or specialization in ruminant species preferred.
• Practical experience in veterinary practice or a scientific/technical services role.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning, excellent presentation and scientific writing abilities.
• High level of diplomacy, negotiation skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and fluency in English and Hungarian.
