About the role

Mango is looking for enthusiastic sales assistants to join its Budapest store, supporting customers and contributing to store sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and offer polite assistance.
• Provide product advice with excellent knowledge.
• Identify and respond to customer needs to maximise sales.
• Serve multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining professional advice.
• Prioritise customer service over other tasks.
• Keep the shop tidy and attractive.
• Participate in cash‑register and warehouse operations, including product preparation.

Required profile

• Motivated, open communicator able to work in a team.
• Active, committed and passionate about the Mango brand.
• Focused on delivering quality customer service to meet sales targets.
