Sales Controlling Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Controlling Expert to join Bosch Group in Budapest. You will support the South‑East European sales distribution region by providing analysis, reporting and strategic insights.

Key responsibilities

• Create and analyse sales KPIs, contribution margins and forecasts, and deliver reports and dashboards for management and sales teams.
• Support sales and budget planning, including the definition of sales targets.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analyses of P&L, sales results, customer, product and market data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Act as the central business partner for legal entity controllers, central finance, and sales teams on all business‑related matters.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling/Finance or a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in sales controlling or an analytical role.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong analytical mindset and high affinity for numbers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex information simply.
