Senior Capacity Lead

About the role

The Senior Capacity Lead owns country‑level DSP shift scheduling and vehicle capacity planning, linking demand forecasts with operational execution. You will ensure DSP partners have the right number of couriers and vehicles to meet daily demand curves and maintain accurate operational data.

Key responsibilities

• Own country‑level shift and DSP vehicle planning to match demand curves.
• Communicate planning adjustments, requirements and expectations with DSPs.
• Update forecast files, share with DSPs and monitor adherence.
• Set and monitor ramp targets for seasonal or promotional peaks.
• Oversee creation and off‑boarding of driver profiles, keeping courier and vehicle databases accurate.
• Collaborate with Dispatch and Account Managers on recruitment, onboarding and training of couriers.
• Track attendance and performance metrics, resolving operational issues that affect capacity.
• Ensure scheduling and capacity activities comply with safety standards, labour laws and internal protocols.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in logistics, last‑mile or workforce scheduling.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and crisis‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience monitoring KPIs and producing reports.
• Fluent in the local language and English.
