Senior Motion Designer

About the role

SEON is a global fraud‑prevention and AML compliance platform helping thousands of companies stop fraud, reduce risk and protect revenue. We are seeking a Senior Motion Designer who can lead creative direction, pressure‑test briefs and build reusable systems, with motion design at the core of the role.

Key responsibilities

• Lead motion design across brand touchpoints such as social, digital campaigns, video and event assets.
• Own video editing for digital and content marketing from brief to final delivery.
• Develop concepts and storyboards before production starts.
• Set and raise the quality bar for motion across the team, applying a consistent brand lens.
• Interrogate briefs from demand‑gen, content and field marketing and propose creative direction.
• Act as a creative partner to stakeholders, not just an executor.
• Build tools, templates and reusable assets that enable the team to self‑serve.

Required profile

• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality motion and brand design.
• Several years of senior‑level motion design experience in a fast‑paced environment (agency or in‑house).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to varying complexity.
• Experience interrogating briefs and proposing creative direction.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Strong supporting skills in Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop.
