Senior Territory Manager – Orthopedics

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to lead orthopaedics sales in Hungary. You will work directly with surgeons and hospital teams, delivering innovative MedTech solutions and supporting product adoption across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct face‑to‑face, evidence‑based selling with clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders, including regular OR visits (approximately four times per week).
• Manage tender bids in close collaboration with the tender department, from preparation to contracting.
• Develop key opinion leaders (KOLs) by specialty and drive market development activities.
• Participate in congresses, workshops and other professional events to promote products.
• Monitor market trends, perform SWOT analysis and support new product introductions following corporate guidelines.
• Acquire new customers within the assigned territory and provide product usage support to physicians.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Hungarian with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or related field.
• Valid B‑category driving licence and ability to travel extensively in the territory.
• Strong analytical, innovative and proactive mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneForce, Funnel of Life (FOL) and WorkDay systems.
• Technical understanding of orthopaedic instruments and digital surgery devices.
