Senior Territory Manager Orthopedics

About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson's Orthopaedics team to drive sales of innovative medical devices across a defined Hungarian territory. You will manage field activities, develop key opinion leaders, and support surgeons with product expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct face‑to‑face evidence‑based selling with clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders, including regular OR visits (approximately four times per week).
• Manage tender bids in collaboration with the tender department, from preparation to contracting.
• Develop KOLs by specialty and actively participate in congresses, workshops, and other professional events.
• Monitor market trends, perform SWOT analysis, and support new product introductions following corporate guidelines.
• Acquire new customers within the assigned territory and provide product usage support to physicians.

Required profile

• College or university degree, preferably with a medical background.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical field.
• Fluent Hungarian and very good English.
• Valid Category B driving licence and good computer skills.
• Innovative, proactive, analytical thinking with strong communication and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of medical instruments and devices.
• Proficiency with J&J systems: OneForce, FOL (Funnel of Life), WorkDay.

• Base salary range of Ft10,874,000 – Ft16,879,700 per year.
