Share Plans Process and Project Manager

About the role

Diageo, the world's leading premium drinks company, is looking for a Share Plans Process and Project Manager based in Budapest on a permanent basis. The role leads the optimisation, transformation and automation of global share plan processes, improves participant experience and operational control, and drives simplification, standardisation and automation of share plan processes and controls.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UK and Ireland all employee plans end-to-end processes.
• Lead share plan projects, system enhancements and transformation initiatives from design through adoption.
• Improve participant experience by redesigning processes, guidance and service touchpoints.
• Partner with vendors, GBO/Reward Hub teams and internal teams to optimise delivery, reduce manual work and lead share plan communications.
• Measure efficiency improvements, adoption outcomes and operational benefits from process changes.
• Routine administration and transaction processing should be delivered through GBO, vendors, automation or self-service wherever possible.

Required profile

• Experience leading projects or process improvement programmes.
• Knowledge of global employee share plans, including approved UK and Irish plans or regulated reward environments.
• Experience of employee communications.
• Experience managing complex share plan events such as grants, vestings, exercises and participant reporting.

Required skills

• Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
• Experience with automation or operational excellence methodologies.
• Understanding of share plan legislation, global taxation frameworks and regulatory requirements.
