Software Function Developer Internship

About the role

Join Bosch's ADAS division in Budapest as a Software Function Developer intern. You will contribute to the creation of innovative software functions that enhance vehicle safety and driver assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement new software functions for safer and more comfortable driving experiences.
• Apply both waterfall and agile engineering methods across the full development lifecycle, from requirements to verification.
• Collaborate closely with global engineering teams, including systems, electronics, and mechanics.

Required profile

• Active BSc/MSc studies in computer science, automation, electronics, telecommunications, informatics, mathematics or a related field, with at least one year remaining.
• Strong C/C++ programming skills.
• Interest in embedded technologies and experience with microcontrollers or embedded software projects (university projects or thesis are a plus).
• Good problem‑solving abilities, initiative, and a creative mindset.
• Proficiency in English and/or German.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
