Spare Parts and Packaging Coordinator

About the role

As a Spare Parts and Spare Part Packaging Coordinator at Bosch Group in Miskolc, you will support the creation and preparation of packaging information for spare parts and ensure smooth flow of critical components within the production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in generating and maintaining packaging data for spare parts, aligning with product‑specific requirements.
• Coordinate with planning and assembly teams to meet packaging specifications.
• Handle various special tasks in spare‑part management to optimise component flow.
• Participate actively in the annual spare‑part cycle, helping to plan, organise and execute related processes.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training or university degree, preferably in a technical field.
• Fluent communication in German, English and Hungarian (C1 level or higher).
• Fast learner with strong adaptability to new tools and business needs.
• Excellent intercultural awareness and collaborative mindset.
• Structured, detail‑oriented work style with strong organisational abilities.
• Proactive, dependable team player who takes initiative and ownership.
