Specialist Risk Management – Monitoring, Governance & Audits

About the role

Join Bosch Power Tools as a Specialist in Risk Management, focusing on monitoring, governance and audits. Based in Budapest, you will work closely with the global Power Tools team, supporting internal controls across logistics, sales and other business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct monitoring procedures and internal controls for worldwide Power Tools operations, especially logistics and inventory.
• Collaborate with local process owners to address deficiencies, implement corrective actions and drive process improvements.
• Prepare and present internal control results to Power Tools board members.
• Support audits and the global PT governance function, maintaining the SOCOS‑PT management system.
• Administer the COMFORT reporting tool and GRC platform, and develop PowerBI dashboards for audit reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing, risk management or monitoring procedures (e.g., Big 4 background).
• MSc/BSc in Business Administration, Business Law or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication, presentation and self‑organization skills; ability to work independently and in a global team.
• Fluent written English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with SAP (advantageous).
• Familiarity with Bosch tools such as COMFORT, GRC and SOCOS‑PT.
• PowerBI for dashboard creation.
