Strategic Feasibility Manager II

About the role

The Strategic Feasibility Manager II supports Business Development and Allucent Centers of Expertise by providing data‑driven recommendations for country and site selection, enrolment projections and patient recruitment strategies within the Global Study Start‑Up and Site Intelligence department.

Key responsibilities

• Provide input to proposals and business development on project assumptions, budgets, timelines, and recommendations for countries, sites and patient numbers.
• Identify disease‑prevalent regions, assess incidence and prevalence, and analyse competing trial landscapes to evaluate feasibility and enrollment barriers.
• Access open‑source and proprietary databases (e.g., PubMed, ClinicalTrials.gov, Citeline) to determine patient populations and therapeutic class information.
• Prepare tabular displays of feasibility data and present analyses to BD/clients during bid defense meetings.
• Maintain internal feasibility libraries, ensure alignment with ACEs and BD teams, and stay current on relevant guidelines and technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in drug development or clinical research, with strong analytical experience on large datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret data sources and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a client‑focused, outgoing demeanor.
• Willingness to travel 15‑20% for business development meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience using scientific and clinical databases such as PubMed/Medline, ClinicalTrials.gov and Citeline.
• Strong analytical skills for handling large datasets.
