About the role

Bitrise is a remote‑first company looking for a Technical Content Marketing Manager to shape and execute content strategies that drive revenue and engage the developer community. You will ensure a continuously growing library of high‑impact content that attracts, excites, and converts both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy across multiple channels.
• Copywrite, edit, and optimize content for the website, webinars, and social media.
• Leverage GenAI tools to produce scalable, SEO‑optimized content.
• Analyze content performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Conduct content gap analyses and audits, defining tasks for internal and external contributors.
• Collaborate with web development to deliver best‑in‑class digital experiences.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably for IT or developer audiences.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
• Proven ability to market complex technical products to diverse buyers.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
