Technical Lead (GenAI Solutions) - German speaking

About the role

Join Intuitech as a Technical Lead for its next‑generation GenAI fintech product, working with clients across several countries and driving innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of talented developers, driving customization of our GenAI fintech product to meet unique client needs.
• Collaborate directly with client IT teams to understand requirements, ensure smooth integration, and deliver successful solutions.
• Manage the development process using Jira—overseeing, prioritizing, and tracking tickets to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Act as a bridge between technology and business—communicating effectively with our product team to share insights, ideas, and feedback.
• Mentor and support your team, fostering technical growth and a culture of curiosity, learning, and innovation.

Required profile

• At least five years of experience in Java development environments.
• One to two years of experience leading a Java development team.
• Advanced knowledge of Java and the Spring framework.
• Strong interest in current trends in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience deploying Java applications in banking or finance, both on‑premises and in cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Hungarian for internal communication.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients in German and English, both written and spoken.
