Technical Support Specialist - French speaking

About the role

Formlabs is seeking a multilingual Technical Support Specialist to serve its growing EMEA market. You will combine technical expertise with strong communication skills to help customers, distributors and resellers get the most out of Formlabs 3D printers.

Key responsibilities

• Support direct customers, distributors and resellers in the EMEA region via phone, email or chat.
• Educate customers and resellers by training them on Formlabs printers.
• Assist resellers in delivering outstanding service to their end‑users.
• Collaborate with the global engineering team to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Business‑fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Ability to quickly resolve technical issues (training provided).
• Strong listening skills and comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Excellent written communication with proper spelling and grammar.

Required skills

• Investigating machine errors.
• Evaluating printer logs.
