Technology Developer – Polymer Solutions

About the role

As a Technology Developer for Polymer Solutions you will enhance, develop and industrialise manufacturing processes while collaborating closely with R&D, material development and central engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise process specifications and machine requirements for polymer‑based products.
• Lead statistical analysis of production parameters and execute processing trials.
• Coordinate with central machine technology, quality, and plant teams to industrialise new processes.
• Support product development, production and industrialisation as a technology expert and problem‑solver.
• Travel to suppliers or other plants when required.

Required profile

• MSc, BSc or PhD in Engineering, Material Sciences or related field.
• Professional experience in technology development or R&D, preferably in polymer or manufacturing technologies.
• Strong problem‑solving, self‑organisation and autonomous work style.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in international teams.
• Proficiency in English and/or German (written and spoken).
