Verification & Validation Project Lead

About the role

As a Verification & Validation Project Lead at Bosch Engineering Centre Budapest, you will steer V&V activities for complex ADAS projects. You will act as the main liaison between customers, project management and development teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end verification and validation tasks across multiple test coordinators, engineering teams and international sites.
• Plan, monitor and control V&V execution to meet project milestones, quality targets and budget constraints.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders regarding V&V planning and progress.
• Identify risks, manage complex dependencies and drive replanning activities when necessary.
• Provide transparent status reporting to support project decision‑making.
• Participate in project reviews, technical assessments and audits.
• Support continuous improvement of V&V processes and overall project execution.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in automotive verification and validation, testing or project coordination.
• Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑management skills in an international environment.
• Proven ability to coordinate activities across multiple engineering disciplines, teams and development sites.
• Experience handling complex project dependencies and adapting plans in a dynamic development setting.
• Good understanding of automotive test processes and verification methodologies.
