Workplace Manager

About the role

JLL is seeking a Workplace Manager to support its Integrated Facilities Management team in Budapest. You will work closely with the Senior Facilities Manager to ensure day‑to‑day site operations run safely, efficiently and in line with sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for on‑site clients and stakeholders, coordinating both hard and soft FM services.
• Monitor and inspect contractors and vendors to guarantee quality, safety and compliance with service level agreements.
• Manage purchase orders, procurement processes and financial administration using systems such as JDE.
• Conduct regular safety audits and support health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Track utility consumption, drive waste‑reduction initiatives and maintain environmental reporting.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in facilities, property or hospitality management with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, resilience under pressure and the capacity to prioritize competing demands.
• Self‑starter attitude, solid organisational skills and attention to detail, especially around compliance documentation.
• Clear communication skills for engaging with clients, vendors, landlords and internal teams.

Required skills

• Familiarity with technical building systems such as HVAC, BMS, CRAC, chillers and fire protection.
• Basic knowledge of M&E (mechanical & electrical) systems.
• Experience using enterprise resource planning tools, specifically JDE.
