BCMS Specialist

About the role

As a BCMS Specialist you will support the implementation and continuous improvement of Bosch's Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and contribute to both Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management activities in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation, operation and continuous development of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and related processes.
• Coordinate international BCM and Crisis Management activities and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and countries.
• Prepare, coordinate and follow‑up crisis management exercises for Crisis Support Teams and Crisis Management Teams.
• Contribute to the optimisation, standardisation and digitalisation of BCM processes and support existing digital solutions.
• Lead smaller projects and cross‑functional improvement initiatives related to BCMS.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training, university degree or comparable qualification; practical experience is valued over a specific field of study.
• Hands‑on experience with Business Continuity Management and/or Crisis Management at an operational level.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple topics and stakeholders independently.
• Excellent analytical abilities and clear communication of complex topics.
• Very good English (written and spoken) and willingness to work across countries and time zones.

Required skills

• Proficient user of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with low‑code solutions or process automation tools.
